NO CHILD IS A FAILURE – Read This Very Inspiring Story Of Edison

Thomas Edison remains one of the most celebrated scientists in the history. Every household is glad when electric power is restored and the light comes on. Behind this wonderful mood, is always Edison effect as the inventor. This acclaimed inventor did not get his worldwide fame by chance. He was known and repatriated for hard work, diligent and staying on the course from scratch to completion. Behind this success story was a woman, Mrs. Edison –his mother.

The little boy Thomas was not a good pupil at school. He was well known for truancy. During class work, he would often turn his back and face the wall, gazing into space, and daydreaming. A day came when the teacher could no longer take any more of his behaviors. She sent him back home with a note for his mother, which read, “Dear Mrs. Edison your son Thomas has no brain for studies and should not be in school. His mother’s response was sweet. She took him right back to school and told his teacher that my son Thomas Alva Edison has more brain than you his Teacher, The Head Teacher of the school and The Head of State board of Education combined. She then warned sternly that her son must never be sent out of school again. What a lesson to teachers in our schools today.

At White Hall College, we don’t send children home nor tag them FAILURES even when they perform below the expectation. We simply make them; realize their potentials and the great talents in them.
