Now this is authentic and not rumor. Unilag has announced the new date for hostel balloting for all 2016/2017 fresh undegraduate students(Utme & Direct Entry).
Check out the message below as circulated by the dean of student affairs(DSA) and also on the school website this morning;
2016/2017 ACCOMMODATION EXERCISE FOR UNILAG FRESHERS
The Student Affairs Division, University of Lagos will begin balloting exercise for accommodation for 2016/2017 registered Freshers (UTME & Direct Entry) on Monday, December 5, 2016 from 10:00a.m.
