2017/2018 Unilag Jambites Supplementary Admission & Direct Entry List Is Out
Unilag has released and is still updating 2017/2018 Supplementary Admission List For Jambites and also Direct Entry Admission List into 200Level.
It is not on the school official website though neither is it pasted anywhere in school. The only place to access it right now is via The Jamb Admission Status Checking Portal.
If you are part of those waiting for the list, please check your status now via The Jamb Admission Status Checking Portal.
If you find your name on the list then you need to start your preparing for the final screening/registration which is currently ongoing for those on merit list only.
For now make sure you get all the documents needed for registration.

I did change of course from chemistry (faculty of science) because my aggregate was 0.6 lesser than my catchment area cutoff mark – to chemistry education (made the merit aggregate). The change reflected on my application (unilag) but on CAPS still remains as Chemistry.
Now it says NOT ADMITTED.
I know you’d see to keep praying and being hopeful. But is there hope really?..
I’m just scared.. I haven’t been able to get into school for years.. From mbbs, to physiology, to physiotherapy, chemistry and now education.. This is my last hope..
Do you think unilag would favor me this year?.
I really want to go to school and age is not on my side.

Log in to your jamb profile.. And switch your browser to desktop (it’s advisable to use google crome) . You’d see the options to change to desktop in the settings..
After switching to desktop, under the options on your jamb profile, you’d see CAPs..
Click on it, and by the left hand side, ‘admission status’.. Click to view..
Mr Tim, am Bsc DE candidate, I haven’t seen any Bsc DE candidates offer admission just Diploma DE that I have seen so far, can you comment on this sir.
The thing is Direct Entry Admission is very competitive in Unilag and Unilag Diploma or Jupeb candidates are more favored . Nevertheless all hope is not lost yet….Upload is still ongoing

Maybe I should explain here for the sake of those that have the same problem. So guys I also did change of course and I noticed that my new course is not reflecting so I complained to a bro at lag. He now explained that I only change my course on unilag portal not on jamb so it wunt reflect on my jamb portal. So he told me to go to cafe to print RRR Num then I proceed to unilag and paid a sum of 2500 to access bank. Then I went back to the cafe to change my course on my jamb portal. So now I can see my new course on my jamb portal. Although it’s still not admitted but I believe very soon it gonna change to admitted by his grace. So guys hurry up and follow the step. May we all get admitted this year.

Please don’t take this advice. U will just be dashing jamb money. people who got admission through coc did not do that. When the vc approves admission on ur jamb caps ur course will automatically chang. after u have been given admission will you then be asked to do a jamb change of course so u can print it admission letter.by now, if ur course has not changed on ur caps the chances of u being admitted is slim.I observed that people’s whose courses changed on their caps portal, they ended up being admitted. And even if u do a change of course(jamb)the odds that u will be given the course u did Coc for is slim in that case u will have to buy another jamb Coc form. Do not do a jamb change of course until u have been admitted for that course. A word is enough for the wise.

Follow the instruction on Jamb website to change your course there or visit a CBT Center for clarification

Hi, I’m also a d.e student and apparently the minimum Jupeb points you can get before unilag considers you for admission is 7. Microbiology cut off should be 10 or higher
So you can either repeat diploma or take your result to a private school, chances of admission with 6 points is higher( depends on the course tho)

I got it on JAMB CAPS. login to jamb e-profile, then click on “CAPS”. You’ll see admission status there. Click it and accept admission. I’m Business Administration.

For those that did Change of Course with Unilag, i think it’s advisable to also do same on Jamb Website, since those that did d COC and have been offered admission are subsequently requested to do d C.O.C on Jamb Website before they can print out their admission letter. Best of luck

I put in for creative art and my jamb combinations are eng, lit-in-eng, govt, and economics…but just English, lit-in-eng, and govt was calculated….and I saw music on my application when its suppose to be theatre….cut off for music is 50.86 and the aggregate they gave me now is 50.63…do you think there’s any hope cuz have not seen any update from jamb at all..
Mr Tim. Please when will direct entry students start registration because on the news, Jamb has already set a deadline for all schools to finish admission processes and registration. And they said anyone who isn’t registered by Jan 25, 2018 would forfeit their admission and has to apply for 2018/2019 UTME. It’s on most news platforms
