The masters of science in industrial relations and Personnel Management programme is open to candidates with:

(a) Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Political Science, Sociology, Economics, Psychology, Social Work, Public Administration, Entrepreneurship and Law with minimum of Second Class Lower from the University of Lagos or any other recognised University.

(b) Post Graduate Diploma in Employment and Labour Studies with a CGPA of 3.00, in addition to Bachelor’s degree from the University of Lagos or any other recognised University.

(c) Candidates may be required to satisfy the Department in a selection process

Duration: Duration of programme is two semesters which is one academic year.
